Here's take 2 of my side scoop install incase anyone was thinking of getting the scoops but wanted to see them on something other than the Cervini's car first. I won't bore you with the first failure, as it's rather drawn out and no fault of Cervini's. I should note, however, that Cervini's send mesh grille inserts with the side scoops, but I decided to go without them. I just like the look more this way.

Got a few different angles for you guys. I have plenty more pictures because I figure more is better than less, so if you want a particular view I can send you a snap.

And as I'm sure adrenalin or someone else will point out, yes my rims are stock. I've been looking at the Stern ST-1 as a possible choice, but I'm still shopping around.

Very nice! I liked the idea of the scoops at first, but then all I heard on the forums was "They're not functional, they don't add anything to the car, they make you a poser, how tacky, yuck, I'm glad SVT left them off of the '07, etc." Now I see where lots of you are adding them. What changed your minds? Vegasjay? Acadian? Or were all of you ok with the scoops from the get-go? I do kinda like the idea of the Xenon upper and lowers on my car, but not ready to be that bold just yet. Nice car Bradly!

Good timing! I just ordered my Cervinis scoops this morning; hope to have them early next week!

I dig them, and frankly don't care what other people may say. Buy what you want; do what you like. Doing that makes you original, not a poser.

That's one sweet looking car, all you need are some wheels to set it off.

Yeah, that one was my favorite too.

I was waiting for someone to make the side window scoops when the 05 first came out. I didn't like the Xenon ones, but when Cervini's started making them I jumped at the opportunity. I don't like the lower scoops, myself, but I think the side window scoops can stand alone without looking wierd.

It stays on purely with the 3M tape they send with it. Honestly, I've heard of people losing them going down the interstate, so it does worry me a bit, but I also heard from those same people that Cervini's replaced the piece at no charge, so that kinda takes the bite out of losing one. Also, that stuff gets rock hard after a while, so I'm not too worried. If I get stupid going somewhere on the interstate I might lose one, but with daily driving I doubt I'll have trouble.

I was really worried about taking the car down the interstate with just 3M tape holding them on. I burried the speedometer for about 5 minutes and mine are still on. I'm a believer, just make sure the parts and tape are warm when applying them.

Bradly... they look great. I really like the Cervini's... I'm just afraid of them flying off the car when you are driving on the interstate on a windy day, because they are open.

I have always liked the idea of side scoops. I was just waiting for some to come out that I liked... and then when they did, the scoops just kept getting pushed to the bottom of my mod list. Speaking of, I am actually going to the body shop today to install the 3DCarbon scoops myself. I painted them in a make-shift paint booth at home with a paint/clear kit I bought. Hopefully either today or tomorrow I'll be bringing the car home and may have some pics late this weekend or early next week of my car with the scoops, as well as the other new mods.
