Cervini's New Twist Hood Pins

Is anyone contemplating installing these new twist lock hood pins?

https://www.cervinis.com/product.asp...1&id=1208#7100

I got the installation PDF from Cervini's the other day, and it could be tricky installing them, but they look real good.

No, but they look better than most, kinda look like the 1971 style hood locks.

My 70 Mach 1 has the exact same hood locks. You can barely see them in my avatar.

I knew I saw those somewhere, and I swore it was a Cervini's ad, but could never find them anywhere. Thanks for the link!

They look exactly like mine , and as mentioned above they're for a 71 Mach 1. I got mine a couple of years ago from Mustangs unlimited and had a local shop install them. Mine are on the outside of the hood , which I personally like better , as opposed to these which are more towards the center ...

05YellowGT - I like where yours are mounted. The ones in the Cervini ad are too far back and too close to the center of the hood. Yours look like they belong there.

Nice - I think I'll use those when/if I ever swap hoods.
