Cervini's "500 wing": does it use the factory holes?

Their website says it "covers the factory holes", but it doesn't specify whether it actually uses them or if one needs to drill more holes. Does anyone here know exactly how this spoiler attaches?

By the looks of it, it does require new holes to be drilled. If you go to their website, they have instructions that can be downloaded. Here ya go.
