I caved in to all of your suggestions. I am in the process of making my custom grill have center foglights. So far it looks really cool, but still needs some work. They are just barely going to fit, but it will work. Here are a few pictures of where it is at so far. Let me know what you guys think, and if you have any suggestions, let me know...

Maybe just a wee bit more spacing between the lights would not make them appear so big. And I would add some type of emblem off to the side, kind of like with the 68 Shelby. Maybe a tri-bar running pony emblem would look good there.

i think the spacing is great but with the shape of the lights around the edges they do need to be sunken into the grill more, though i understand there is only so much room. Or you may be able to make a ring to cover up the lens tabs. But either way your doing a great job.

This was just a test fit picture. I do plan on recessing the lights farther into the grill, and then making a nice ring around them on the outside. I think that their spacing is fine. Once they are in farther, it will look much better. Next question: should it stay stainless or should it get painted/powdercoated black? Let me know.

1. I think they are a little too close
2. It looks like one is upside down (center of lights not in same spot) 2nd pic
3. I think they need trim rings
4. I think the grill should be black
On the plus side, I like the look of the grill

Looks awesome. Exactly what I am trying to do. I would paint the gril black, and try to sink the fogs in to the gril (I.e. cut holes)

I don't see any reason why it should block air from getting to the radiator too much. There is open space between them, and to the sides of them, so it won't be a problem. If I thought there was at all, I wouldn't do it, see as I live in AZ, and it is already getting freaking hot here. Sixty-six knows what I am talking about, don't you? Well, keep the comments coming in. Thanks.

The grill looks great but a couple tips:
1. You need to make the same grill to replace the bottom one.
2. The Fog lights look like they are glued on it. It just dont look original. I have always belived that if you do a mod make it look original. I would also not put the fogs in the center. Place them like the originals are placed.
