This model is some what of a test run, but they should be ready for the public within the next month. I havent had a chance to see the street scene one close up, but this one is deffinately heavy duty and very durable. I would expect pricing to be competitive with the street scene grille, but most likely...cheaper. I know that 50resto.com will be carrying them. Ill keep everyone who is interested up-to-date as soon as I get more details. Thanks!

If they can make a grille like that look factory, they should be able to make a V6 grille that will hold GT fogs! Would definitely fill a much needed void that those darn ebay 'conversions' do not! Spill the info on the company when ya can so I can e-mail 'em!

Put me down on your "keep posted list"! I have been looking for another mod to do and this would be a high priority!

I think I found it. Try this link. http://www.musclecardirect.com/store/produ...products_id=702
That's the Street Scene grille.

This grille is still in testing, obviously... but hopefully will be in production shortly. As long as I can get it by Christmas, I'll hold off for this one. If it's not ready by Christmas, I'll have to go with Street Scene. Jeff, I am guessing you work for the company making this, and don't want to "drop the bomb" before it's a 100% go, but as soon as it is and they are ready to be shipped, please let us know. If you do work for the company, you might want to look into getting a group buy together for TMS members, and letting us here have the first ones.

Well it's obvious they used a stock grille to make it. Just from the pictures, it looks like a factory grille. Also, it wasn't a V6 grille that has the pony cut out. The honeycomb openings are too large to be a V6 and the tabs are in the right place for a GT grille.
But what's with all the mystery? Who made it?

OK. I found it... well sort of.
It was on the purple roadster at SEMA. Anyone know who's car that was?

Here's the direct link to the page on MustangWorld that has the pictures.

EDIT: Well, maybe not. I just noticed the fogs are a lot closer together on the SEMA car, but it's still the same factory honeycomb just like the one posted.

Those (lights) look closer together than the grille in post #12... (not that it matters)

Nice find, Jason. Those fogs are a lot closer together... they look TOO close together IMO. I think even the SSE grille had them a little close together. I like the distance between the fogs in the grille that was originally posted in this thread. Historically though, I think SSE has them spaced the right distance. I just prefer them a little further apart.

Just found a closer pic and this is definitely NOT a stock style grille like that one.

With all these parts for my car, I have scratched every 'fund' I ever had. I just realized the other day that I haven't bought any clothes, video games, or anything else unrelated to my car in the past year. Not to mention, I sold my Playstation, laptop, some tools, my heavily modified Colt .45 and my paintball gun in the past year also. My entire life revolves around this car now. It's a sickness, really. And everytime I say the mods are over, something else comes out.

Do you think there will be any issues with the air flow since the lights are being moved to the middle? I wouldn't want any overheating problems. Gets into the 100s here in the summer time.

I think since this grille is so much more open than the stock grille (and the stock grille had that huge pony in the center there with a bunch of the honeycomb openings around it closed up) it should be fine.

No there shouldnt be any air flow problems..this grille actually flows 30% more air into the engine bay than the stock one...and I know about hot temps. Im from Texas
