Just wait for MRT's. It looks identical and has no indentation. Someone said you could get CDC's without the indentations anyway.

 

I have a question, if I get a ducktail without the brake light, and it covers up the OEM brake light, its not illegal to cover up the third brake light is it?

 

The offer a glass roof with an integrated brake light to go with the non-brake light duck tail. The brake light duck tail is for those w/o the glass roof.

The duck tail spoiler will have a provision for the third brake light. We will offer a separate LED kit for the package tray of your vehicle. It will be a plug & play mount with harness. The LED is OE specs and is DOT approved. If you decide to go with the glass roof with the addition to the duck tail spoiler the glass roof will have the third brake light mounted into it. Any questions please let me know.

Do you think you would get in trouble if the 3rd brake light was covered up by the ducktail and you didnt have the glass roof option installed?

 

it`s not a matter if you have a glass roof or not but if i am right it is law to have a third brake light which means if you dont have it you could get a :cop: ticket :cop:

 

They were saying that the glass roof has a 3rd brake light built into it.

 

check your local laws. in Illinois 2 brake lights are required not 3.

 

Who else makes these mods besides CDC? And what is the "glass roof"? I know one of the concepts had one, but aftermarket?
