Thumbs up

I am in Iraq and just got a package with my magazines in it. I was interested in CDC's Glassback but there doesn't seem to be any info on it. Does anyone know what the deal is with it?

There's a number of topics on the Glassback. When I called CDC back in March, they told me it should be out in June for ~$1500-2000 and have either a silver or black tint.

Thanks for the info guys, any idea what a body shop would charge to install a piece like this? What is the thought on what will happen to the car's stiffness?

From my contact with CDC, it shouldn't affect stiffnes at all as it doesn't remove anything other than the roof body panel and replace with it glass. Autoweek actually reported a significant drop in interior noise too. Not sure how so maybe it was a typo. Stay safe over there.

I read that about the interior noise, as well as it being lighter.

By the way I emailed them with support for their push button starter, so hopefully enough people will email them and it will get built.

Beau, PM me with your location, I have a dear friend out there, it would be VERY kewl if you two were stationed at the same place. Thank you, be safe, and come home soon!

I wanna know how you guys are getting info on it, I have called CDC, and emailed Marni three times. I cant get my questions answered but they make sure to send me all thier adverts via email now.

Today on Arbor day I planted a tree in honor and memory of a fallen Hero. A 22 year old Marine that died in combat six months ago from my home town. Thank you.
