I have a set of 18" Halibrand Cobra III's for sale (18 x 9), never put onto a car, that I'd like to sell. The tires are P255/45/18 BFg KDW2's. I also have the optional 3 prong knockoff centercaps to along with it, a $300.00 dollar option. I'm looking to get what I paid for ($2200.00) The tires include a free replacement insurance policy from Discount Tire. These wheels just came out last month, so theres not alot of them out there as of yet, so if you looking to set your Stang apart from the herd, these are it. The tires height is still the stock 27", so it will NOT throw off your speedo. I live in SE MI and could even meet you somewhere for a bit more. I personally wouldn't buy the wheels without the spinners. I may be interested in getting them if yo still have the spinners, but I'd need to see some pics. And I don't mean the wheels off a site, but your actual wheels/tires.

Don't mean to rain on your parade STRIPED GT my sincere apologies, but mine MIGHT be up for sale for a decent offer. I just don't have the spinners...yet. I think I've only put about 250 miles on them, 18x9 +36mm dunlop sp9000's. Paid right about what stiped gt paid but since they are USED I'd take a decent offer. Once again STRIPED GT, my apologies I'll create my own post if I get any interest.

Cop sense! That's pretty funny Mark. For some strange reason I pictured Batman talking to Robin when I read that. It's true though. I too read stuff and alarms start going off in my head(don't know why it echoes though).

 

Jimmy, I thought the same thing when I saw the initial post. He did PM me because I was interested in the spinners only but that doesn't necessarily mean he's legit. Pictures would make a big difference...

He did say that he only has access to a computer at work...I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

 

I guess it appears that I'm not to be trusted, thats ok, I understand, but if you call the Discount Tire on Hall Rd and Tilch in Macomb Township Michigan (586-532-0492) and ask for Ken and Ken only (he's the manager that sold them to me and I've been dealing with for over 8 years) he'll tell you about them. I actually called him today and told him about my situation, so you may be able to just get them off of him. I've never returned anything to him, so this would be a first. As far as the pics go, well, maybe the guy who has them on his car can post some pics, this way you can see them on a Stang instead of all by their lonesome. In closing, I'm not interested in shipping thme through UPS/FedEx/ECT, just too much hassle IMO. Instead, I wanted to sell them to someone locally in the area and BTW, would a fraud give someone his email address, home phone, home address and cell?

So I take the "fraud" stuff back. Just lookin out for everyone, $2200 is alot of $$$ to mail away, hope you understand.

Like I said before, I understand the fraud stuff as we've been hit with this "$5.000 dollar check thing" over at www.contour.org (site I'm still apart of BTW) I don't need anyone to mail me the total amount, just a concrete agreement that you'd be willing to pick them up or meet me somewhere within reason. I would never even think about sending these out, I was actually hoping someone within driving distance who really wants a special tire/wheel combo for their pride and joy would come by and pick them up.
