cdc classic chin spoiler attachment
for those of you who have installed the cdc classic chin spoiler, did you just attach it with the double sided tape that came on it? i was at a bodyshop today, to find out about getting it installed, and they said it would be better to use some kind of epoxy. has anyone gone like 150+ with one of these installed? i dont want this thing to come flying off, because i do drive fast once in a while!
I wouldn't use epoxy. With 4 screws, the double sided tape, and the 2 plugs on the bottom, you'll be fine. I've been well over 100 mph several times and haven't had any trouble. With epoxy, if you ever have to take the spoiler off.....you're screwed.

im gonna do it the way the instructions say, and then im gonna take it up to 150 and see what happens. lol. what is the temp it needs to be above for the tape to stick correctly?

Assuming its the same type of tape, the instructions that came with the Silverhorse rear panel said make sure its in the 60-80 degree temp range
