Ok everyone. My car gets repainted soon and I now have to decide if I want to stick with white stripes or go with a different version of ghost stripes. Either way the stripes are going to be 12" wide with a 2" gap.
Here is a pic of how my stripes currently look (prior to shaker)

Here is a pic of a car (pretty sweet) I found. I like the colour of the stripes but I would definately be going 12" wide with them with the 2" gap.

So, what do you guys think?

Wooohooo I'm the first one to vote so it makes me look important, Like your decision will be based only on what I think. Actually the might be too much pressure.
Actually though your car will look sweet either way. But I have been a fan of ghost stripes for a long time and I think it would be a perfect compliment to how your car is set up.

and that is why I am having such a hard time deciding. I have always wanted ghost stripes, but I love how the white stands out and you can see me coming from a mile away. On the other hand, ghost stripes will make people do a second look and most likely stir up even more discussions at car shows.

Powder/Baby blue stripes? Nahhh... ![Big Grin](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Think ghosting with a darker color might work, but the classic white stripe beats 'em all. Looks good, there's a reason you went with that the first time around, stick with your instincts.

Ghost Stripes on Legend Lime is a very good idea
because of the color.
WHITE Stripes on Sonic Blue is the way to go.
Just look at yours and the Ghosted Stang just below.
Yours Jumps out and that's why you put stripes on anyway.
I wanted PW and planned Blue Stripes but I ended up with
Yellow and just can't go for the black stripes.....so I'm most
likely going to do the Boss Look instead.

Ghost Stripes are more unique and gives it more of a one off custom look... Plus they'll know it's paint and not a decal.

Good point.... Just tired of all the sonic blues that have white stripes on them these days.
Keep the votes coming guys.

Car dealerships are selling blue ones with white stripes(both well done and not) by the bazillions...

Are you definitely down to those two choices? Have you considered a dark ghost stripe? Or even a dark solid color? Or silver? etc.
How about single thick with thin secondaries to complement the shaker?
(wondering if I opened up a can of worms)
