Yes but it seesm as though you must have a Turbo setup for it to work. I hope i am wrong. Unless i am completely misunderstanding what they put below in their ad. And the only pictures i see are of it with a turbo. Would be nice to see some picture of it with the c&L
The BGG Performance CAI
The BGG Performance CAI shield replaces the JLT, GMS, and C&L shields and is designed to work with the Turbo Horsepower Single Turbo kit. Seals against the stock hood and most aftermarket hoods to draw cold air from the fender and front grill. This shield is made of heavy duty, highly polished aluminum and looks gorgeous under the hood. Includes mounting tab, stainless hardware, and seal.
Kit does not include filter. Your filter is re-used.
