I was on Mustang Tuining, for my weekely check for standard front/ Deep Dish rear Buillits, and noticed they now have them in the 20 inch size. Has anyone ordered them yet? I am not fond of anything bigger than 18's on the mustang, but l'll be curious to see how they look.

I think they'll be too big. Old school muscle rims aren't meant to be the size of "Bling bling" rims. In my opinion.....

I'm looking to get the 18" deepdish black bullits since I have a Black GT.

I should have scrolled down to see basically the exact same post!!

I think that they would look pretty cool. You and I are in the same boat about the 18'' bullits (i.e. standard front/dish rear).

Keep checking for standard front/Deep dish rear at MustangTuning and you'll never find them. here's the email I got today:

It is only physically possible to have one or the other since the offset
only works with a modified spoke for the deep dish and a standard spoke for
the non deep dish. Therefore, your answer is "no" as it is not physically
possible. I talked to both my manufacturers and that is what they told me.

This I don't understand. You can purchase 18x9 non dish bullits, and they make 18x10 dished. Why couldn't they intermix the sets? The fronts have 36mm offset for the front, and the rears have a 45mm offset.

I think he's saying the look of the spokes wouldn't match, front to rear.

Well then why in gods name doesn't the maufacturer engineer a set that has deep in the back and standard in the front?
Impossible to do. BS it can be done no one has done it yet thats all.
If the wheels are engineered to do this kinda set up from day one they you can sure as heck make it look like a cohesive set spokes and all.

sometimes i think these wheels people are on crack

Yeah, I think it's BS as well. I know it can be done. There is no way to convince me otherwise. I was just stating what his email said. Maybe it's time to break out the AutoCAD skills and see what I can do. If only I can remember how to draw in 3-D.
