It looks like things are finally lining up for me and I'll be ordering my GT in about two months for (hopefully) a summertime delivery. Redfire coupe with a dark graphite interior, IUP, five speed, etc. Probably wait for the '06 so I can get the 18" rims.

Although there's been a lot of discussion about stripes with the redfire, I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with a pair of 12" stripes in either silver metallic or slate metallic from Graphic Express (20 piece kit).

Here's the question: has anyone tried to apply stripes on their Mustang yet themselves? In checking out the instructions it seems pretty straightforward, but I was wondering if anyone had any experiences to share. I'm used to doing my own stuff with my cars, so my first thought was to do this myself as well. However, any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Any thoughts?
