I was wondering with bug season here in the midwest if anyone has tried the bra that is in the Mustang accesories catalog? I've never used one before and didn't know if it would cause scratching of the paint or not. Any suggestions?

The Ford bra attaches with hooks and two snaps. The snaps you have to install in your front inner fender well using two supplied screws. The rest is just hooked into existing holes underhood. It is a serious pain to install though... I wrestled with mine for about 15 minutes before throwing it back in the truck... I just wanted it on for a couple of pics but decided that it was such a ritual that I'd wait to put it on until I needed to.

That's great but if you drive a lot at night or live in love bug country (Florida) , it will eventually look like a man with bad acne...
exactly I have a Ford Bra and its still in the box and I will try it one day but it is for those longer trips moving around highways where there say be be flat beds with LOOSE stones or what ever I do not want a stone chip and for what it costed me well worth it , I like to think of it as preventitive maintenance and I will not ever leave it on for fading or grim to scor the finish. Common tell me thats not a good enough reason for having one . I will never where one bot Scott just might ? oops.
