Anyone seen or used the new LED Sequential Taillights ? ? ? ?
I saw a add for these at moss and the price $249
Anyone have any feedback on these?
You've seen sequential taillights before but these take the phenomenon a step further with LED and a simpler install. First thing to do is replace the factory flasher with the electronic module. The final step is replacing the standard bulbs with the LED bulbs. That is all there is to it. No modifications to your Mustang are necessary. The LEDs last nearly forever, are illuminate brighter and produce a clearer light than standard incandescent lamps. Taillights sequence once during braking and continuously during turn signal operation.

Just an FYI, We Recently had a Truck in Our Service Department For a Transmission Concern. It would not go into Overdrive. After a Ton of Diagnosis the Problem was tracked to the LED Tail Lights. Go Figure. We ended up Getting one of these to solve the Problem. Just an FYI if you Install and Suddenly have a Problem Pop up which would seem unrelated. We found a TSB in a Transmission Repair Manual.

I'm happy with the regular lamps and the webelectric sequentials. If the LED's are stock equipment they're fine, but I personally am not a fan of adding LED's where they are not stock equipment. That's just me.
Sequential Taillights
I have the Web Electric sequentials and they were easy to install. They cost $149 but they give you a mailer to send your old harness back for a credit of $30 so the bottom line is $119. Took about 40 minutes to install and they work great.
One of my taillight bulbs crapped out on me (during the Bumble Bee cruise, how embarrassing!!!).
Dang taillight assembly is a major PITA to get out if you have a Shaker 1000 in the trunk. My knuckles are STILL scraped/bruised.
I would rather have LED taillights and not worry about doing THAT chore again. LEDs don't burn out like our crappy bulbs do.
Too bad they are so expensive or I might be tempted to grab a set and put my burned-out bulb miseries behind me.
