Wanting pictures of what matte black looks like on the hood of a black car. Thinking of getting the cervinis B2 hood-front lights extension and would love to get the area around the shaker in a matte black, but not sure how it would look.

I've asked the same thing. I was considering getting stripes in matte black. Found some '04s and below with them, but no 05+.

I imagine it would look something like this black 69 Mach 1.

But you could get the hood painted to look the same as the rest of the car if you chose.

anyone else

Hey I'm also looking for matte black on a black mustang. I want to get the 70's style hood stripe on mine with the shaker system. Although after seeing that metallic grey I might just do it in that color and even run some stripes down the rocker.

They are Raceline GT's. You can order them direct from Raceline in 18 or 20 for these cars. Be prepared to e-bay a child or domething. I really want those or the Blingz BBH Ghost GT's.

I think every blk stang owner has thought of doing this to there car I think it looks great.I just haven't dicited between like a dark grey or the matt blk tough call. Oh and Ron the cervinis light extention look really hot but you'll have to get there hood too they won't sell them alone or aleast thats what they told me something about the hood sticking out more but you soon give them a call who know

This is what I want to do also, but those I've talked to say a 20" Supersnake style stripe is "impossible". They did it on the BlackJack...
