Assume this is for a drag rim, so I'd say yes but wouldn't drive around on it just track use, it's out of the recommendation for rim to tire size tho too

If it's a Nitto DR, it will fit since Nittos run narrow. It will look scary, but it will fit. Any other brand probably wouldn't!

Check with the tire manufacturer. They have nothing to gain by lying to you and everything to loose if what they suggest doesn't work. Just cause someone got away with doing something stupid doesn't mean it wasn't stupid.
