I have mustang v6 with 18 rims x9and x10 with 245 45 18 in front and 285 40 18 in rear. It is possible to put tires like 295 30 18 on rear and 245 40 on the front? I dont know if this will be too much of a problem, please help me!!!!

It's been done. Just make sure you adjust your speedometer to accommodate the change.

I ran 255/45/18 up front and 295/40/18 out back, no issues, no worries, and the speedo was buried most of the time, so that didn't matter either!

If you run a rear tire that is taller/shorter than stock, the speedometer will be off. A hand-held tuner can correct it. If you don't, you will not be going the speed displayed on the dash.

295 30 18 on rear and 245 40 on the front? I think this will look a little on the silly side. with the side wall being so much shorter on the rear than the front.
