2013 retrofit headlights

Im thinking of retrofitting the 2013 headlights for a 2007.

I know the shape of each headlight are little different, but Id like to know are the 2013s longer in length? Any other differences I should be aware of?

Why? I'm sure they're completely different and won't fit...at all. Are you going to gut the lights and put the 2013 internals into the 2007 housings? Or are you just trying to put 2013 housings on a 2007?

Why not just buy new projectors to do the retrofit? Seams easier then taking apart the OEM headlamps...

I don't think it's a good idea, but I'm certainly interested in seeing the results when you're done.
