2011 wheels on my 06

someone here I know has done this... I'm wondering if 2011 18 inch wheels will fit on my 06 GT to replace the stock 16's????

Assuming you mean 2011 GT 18" wheels, and also if your GT is also otherwise stock, yes, they will, no problem. But I'm curious as to where you got 16" wheels on the GT. They came with 17".

The 18's will fit no problem. Same with the 19", which I have on my 06.
