I love this grill, I was wondering if you guys that know the specs and dimensions would be able to tell me if the corraled 2006 v6 pony package grill will fit an '05 gt?

 

i'm assuming it would be the same size as the current V6 grill and I believe that the GT grill was a tad bigger then the V6, so you might need a spacer or something to keep it in. Just my understanding.

 

actually it's opposite. The V6 Grille is bigger. The V6 owners that wanted a GT grille did the swaps and found that there is a gap at the bottom. Perhaps someone will make a knockoff at some point.

I know that there's a topic in the V6 forums for someone making a knock off GT grille that fits the V6 cars. They're also making a center fog shell for both V6 and GT owners. Only hook is that you have to use their grille (which actually looks really sharp in black powder coat).

I've been active in that topic, and it's a great looking system. Hopefully they can come up with something similar for the GT owners looking for the pony grille.
