I'm looking for a PDF or instructions as to how to remove the grill, one of my horns has failed, and needs to be replaced. Thanks for the help.

The grill on a V6 pretty much just pops out. Its only held in place by about 7 tabs that fit thru mounting holes. All ya need is a flat head screwdriver to press against the tab til it its lip clears the hole.

There are 9 tabs on the V6 grille and its pretty simple task once you see how its done. There are 9 locking wedges on the grille,2 on each side and 5 across the bottom.Take a very small screwdriver and slip it under the flap that holds the wedge in place, start with one of the upper wedges on the side of the grille. While holding the flap to take pressure off the wedge gently pull the grille forward until the wedge clears the clip.Just repeat on the other upper wedge and then the lower side wedges.Once you get the first one loose the rest will be easy.It will take a longer screwdriver to get at the lower side wedges.Once those 4 are loose just reach in and gently pull up on the wedges across the bottom starting at the outside of the grille..The 2 outside wedges may already be loose from the process of doing the bottom side wedges. The bottom wedges will mostly just slip right out. When re-installing the grille as slight push at the wedge site will seat the grille in place.A lot easier to do than explain.sorry.
