[/b][/quote]It is made out of ALUMINUM, therfore it can be ANODIZED BLACK. I am surprised UPR does not offer it this way as it would blend in with the base.
I own a 2001 Honda Civic and the antenna is in the back window. Great reception in urban, suberban, and rural areas. If Honda can put it in a Civic for $14,000 why can't Ford do it ina $20,000 car. It really does ruin the car. It makes the radio look like an afterthought which was true in 1954 not 2004! :bang:
