With Kobe & Dwight out, it seems like the lakers just worked on running the Princeton. Game was close until Steve Nash sat the 4th Q.
I'll be able to watch tonight's game so I should have more details

There's no denying it. The Lakers have struggled in this Pre-season. After all the off-season hoopla the team has finished the pre-season with a record of 0-8. Impressive for all the wrong reasons. To their credit they have only had all of their 4 stars available for 1 of the games. Injuries have riddled both key starters and reserves alike. However, now is not the time to panic. Once this team gets healthy and has some more time under its belt, thing should sharpen up. It's to be expected that a team filled with veterans doesn't place much emphasis on the pre-season.
There were plenty of bright spots, but mostly inconsistency. We already know the potential of this team so I will focus on what they need to clean up before the regular season begins.
Turnovers: Waaaayyy too many of these. Even for pre-season. The players have got to get comfortable in the offense to produce easy baskets. Especially with an overall lack of athleticism. Otherwise it will be a long season.
Transition Defense: This goes hand and hand with the turnover issue. Players must get back on defense to prevent easy opportunities for the opposition. With the personnel they have this could be an issue all season for the Lakers. Best way to combat this is to limit turnovers and put forth effort getting back on D.
Energy: Besides Nash and Dwight's respective debuts, the Lakers haven't showed much of it on the court this pre-season. This shouldn't be a problem to start the season as Staples will be on its feet for the first game. But as time goes on the Lakers will have to make sure they play with heart throughout the year.
Should be a fun season for Lakers fans, but as of right now, there is A LOT of work to do. Stay tuned...

Hahah! The Giants are a cali team so I'm glad!
It's probably frowned upon, but I've rooted for the dodgers, angels, giants, and A's before. Sorry Padres, they haven't been relevant since I've been half heartedly following baseball
