What is going on with the NFL right now? Irsay, Rice, Welker, and now, among others I've not mention, Peterson?

Apparently he had the audacity to spank his child. Rice deserves what he got but the need to jump to the worst possible punishment for someone who isn't in lock-step with what "we" think is nauseating.
