Sorta. Emmit didn't take a break because he had awesome around him though. He wasn't going to be beat to smithereens, and so explained his long lived, non-break career that put him atop the charts.

I don't see this happening with Demarco, but we'll see.

I know that anything can happen but between drugs and domestic violence and the fact that a decent running back isn't very hard to find at any point in the draft I don't see anyone coming close to Emmit. These days running backs are considered old at 30.

Plus it's more of a passing league than ever before.
