Since the hockey forum has been dead for a month we need something. The rookies are really tearing it up this year, whats everyone's pick for the season to date? Keeping in mind the supporting cast theyve got. I picked Ovechkin cause of what he is doing with absolutely no help. The caps may not be too hot, but any highlights you see from them Ovechkin always has some dazzlers.

 

I would go with Crosby right now... although Ovechkin and Svatos are doing good, and might have more stamina for the end of the season

Oveckin could win the Calder trophy just because his goals and assists are such a high percentage on his team.
