Who do you believe was the better ball handler?
The question that must be asked among basketball fans.
I had this argument with my friends back in High School...

"Pistol" Pete Maravich or Jason "White Chocolate" Williams?
Of course Pete was the better player, and there wouldn't be a "White Chocolate" if not for Pete.

This is purely about ball handling skills...
