He deserved it. With what I think was the best team in the NFL this year he didn't make it past the first round of the playoffs. When I say the best team I mean no disrespect to the Colts or Bears or any other team that made the playoffs. Marty has always had a good record in the regular season and a dismal one after that. Certainly this year he had the talent.
It's time for some new blood in San Diego. Norv Turner wasn't my first choice but I hope he'll do well.
