O5 Mustang owners, your opinion
The 2005 Saleen to me is a serious letdown. I wouldn't say "ugly", but I wouldn't trade my GT straightup for one... much less pay 10K more for it.

I like it as long as it doesn't cover up any of the taillights. However, I like it as a different car, a Saleen. Personally, I don't want my car to look like that at all, as I'm sticking with the retro look.
But, for what the Saleen is, I think it is cool, much more so than the Roush.

IMHO, with the possible exception of the CDC rear lip spoiler; I have yet to see a single scoop, flare, spoiler, skirt, bumper cover, or any other screw-on, stick-on, or tape-on piece that does anything but detract from the clean and handsome lines of this car. Again just my 02 cents, but "Less is more" especially with the '05!
