I'm confused John, are you saying your Bro's 3rd break light on the bar activates even after the top is up?
If so, that should be easily fixable. CDC should offer an acessory that cuts out the light when the top is up. I've got CDC's bar on my 99 (wired up by Saleen) and the 3rd break light definately no-workie with their little add on dohicky. I'm quite surprised his Saleen didn't come with it already installed.
On second thought, guess it really doesn't surprise me at all.
