I'm quite certain here in New Jersey, after a certain model year, they are.
That, and there are enough moron drivers out there that I don't think it hurts.

That ducktail is sweet looking, but I'm going with the Steeda street wing with the brushed aluminum side winglets.....PAinting the wing black to go with a blacked out rear end will look great and the winglets bring out the wheels a lot on a side view of the car....why did the factory wing have to stink so bad in the first place? haha

All the duck tails lack the third brake light...
This is bad.
... and I would rather not have to relocate it.
The Saleen ducktail still has a third brake light.

I haven't seen one without the spoiler on it. Is there a pic available?

If you take off the wing, I don't like the black out, keep that stock, I wonder how it will look.

to put on the saleen kit without the spoiler you would have the fill the old holes. the ducktail peices are extensions that don't cover up anything. The second wing n the top is what covers up the holes from the stock spoiler.

And that is the way the ducktail sits.

Side window louvers + Blackout panel + ducktail = the win!
:headbang:

Nuff said... [/b][/quote]
I was not talking about the saleen kit, I was refering to this type, also, i still wonder if this is the way it sit or is the trunk opened in this pic.
Do you think the present stock spoiler will complicate things as far as this ducktail is concerned?

I LOVE that ducktail. I'm not to worried about losing the third brakelight, I kinda forgot it was there . But if your concerned about it, why not buy one of the third lights that mount inside the car and face out the back window?

I love the street scene body kit but hate the louvers. I will be going with the Street Scene Body kit and MRT side louvers.

Here's another:

I'm waiting to hear back from my salesman, he's checking to see if a spoiler delete is a possible option for the s/c versions.
