Have you read any of the articles on tht GT500? They ALL state a price below $40k. My guess is $36-38k.

MSRP will be $38-39,000, but that number won't mean much.

I'd say $39,995.00. Plus a 10 or 15k market adjustment.

Yeah, where is the sub $40K option? We are talking MSRP not actually selling price right?

Considering it has no IRS, it should be around $35K. But since the new SRA is much, much better and it has the big, big, BIG S H E L B Y letters, it will be $45K.

$39,895... without destination, gas guzzler and other stuff. Probably $44K out the door.
For the first year, there will be some people adding more -- but probably only about $3-5K... I just doubt they'll be able to hold the price up much higher for very long.

Look for big dealer markups since they are making 7000 to 7500 of them. Hey look how hard it is or was to get a regular GT. Cobra, fuhgettabouit :notnice:

$39,890, keeping it under 40 yet they'll play with the numbers to make it seem distant, while remaining close to 40k on the MSRP.
It'd be a great success if someone from the general public managed to get one at MSRP or lower. I'd pay 45k out the door for one. It seems very reasonable for a hot ultimate Mustang everyone wants, once you add tax, title, doc fees, & guzzler tax to 39,890.
