Sure, I just made it at the http://www.spectrummarcom.com/mustang/cobraPainter.html and hit alt and print screen keys on my keyboard and pasted it to photoshop where I cropped it.

This would be my 2nd favorite combo.

Good taste, your 2nd pick was my 1st. I agree with you guys. Great car all around, the front is very nice, the ducktail is way better than the GT spoiler, but those wheels just don't quite do it for me. Good to hear that there will be options.

If the GT500 is 40-45K, then its probably more than I'm willing to spend. Oh well, we shall see. Maybe I can just take a GT 500 front and stick on a Mustang GT. I'm sure there will be a huge aftermarket for that.

I know the 05s have an aluminum hood. The guy showing the Cobra at NY yesterday (I think his tag said Allen) said it had a steel hood. I thought I heard or assumed it also had an aluminum hood. Anyone??
He also said that price should be just under 40K.
My photog skills aren't that good, so I don't have many good shots to post, but the car was awesome in person.
After walking the entire show floor all day Saturday, I couldn't believe that the biggest crowds we saw at the whole show were around the Ford GT and Cobra. We came back to the Ford display three times over the course of the day and it was impossible to move around there!

I had also heard that the GT500 had an aluminum hood, but I also saw somewhere that this is likely NOT the production hood. It may lose the heat difussers.

Has anybody seen any photos of the wheels up close. I'm wondering what the brake pads say. (Brembo, GT500, Shelby, SVT?????)

Ford press release says aluminum hood.
Klingon, where did you hear it would lose the vents? I have heard the hood may change slightly, but, not lose the vents. What I have seen says it needs them to alleviate air buildup under the hood from that large grill opening.

It took some time, but I guess I'm right about the hood.
