I don't like anything about the styling. I have to respect the performance, but, I just don't like the way they are overdone on the styling. A little too much bling for me.

Makes a case for paying MSRP for a Z06.

I'm wondering about the side window scoops displayed in those pics on Ebay. That must be something Saleen was planning in preproduction that they never followed through with. I kind of like them, though.

How much? And you get what over a Shelby that justifies that dough? I like the Saleen hood, but as another said, too much bling and the body panels are not my taste.

$71,000 plus a cool $2,500 gas guzzler tax. No mention of forged internals. That engine will be worth spit if someone decides to step on it often. I'd be surprised if 10 of them are built.
My best wishes to Mr. Steve Saleen and his castrated dealers.

When ever I see a price like this i think of a few quotes:
.. " but sir, you look good in yellow " A corvette salesman to me in 2002.
.. " Power in the hands of a few " A Saleen Logo
.. " I'm sorry sir, we dont service those cars here. " A ford dealer to me when my brakes failed after 200 miles.
.. " All Ohhs and Ahhs until you own one " Me.
Dont get me wrong; I love Saleen Mustangs .. but they are overpriced and wont hold value. I just wonder how much this car would cost after a couple of years and 10000 miles.
However, I wonder if Saleen would ever build a high performance car that was all motor instead of supercharged.
