Yes, it does. I'll find something to do with it. The header idea seems nice.

 

not tile it, but expand it, make a fill 1024x768. continue the pattern so it flows seamlessly. I'd actually like that as a background

Not exactly the same but I had five min. so I threw this together. It got a similar look and works pretty well as a background. Didn't put quite as much motion blur in as I could have but I stopped because I like the pattern.
