Thumbs up X-Charger Belt Slip Fixed

Redesigned the idler pulley bracket on my X-Charger SuperX TVS to run a third pulley for more belt wrap. No more belt slip! This will work on all X-Chargers, not just the TVS.

Nice work; NicePony ! I also have the XCharger on my '07/4.0. I like it-a lot! I haven't had any prob's with belt slippage on mine. Maybe after more miles? I've got about 4M on my install.
Wondering if you're the NicePony who's done the 6 speed transplant into this model ? I've been trying to find you. I rem'ber a posting on a site, more than a year ago-somewhere-I lost all my stuputer's info awhile back-am starting to get back. Any chance you are one & the same ? Would you e-mail me-or post- if so & if you've developed more info etc. This stock trans makes me nutz & I would love to be able to shift smoothly,,( & quickly!). Thankx, Makadidle

This is the same guy who has the adapter for the 6 speed. He spends most of his time at the Mustang Collective so you have a better chance of catching him there.

What pulley are you running on your Xcharger? The 3" doesn't have the belt slip issue as much. But with the extreme and running the 2.6" pulley the belt slip can be an issue.
