Good looking out
I guess this was almost too good to be true. In the end I wouldn't mind spending a few more bucks on a proven bar.

Wow, the suggestion to put your car up to spread the front 1/2" is funny---especially when you think about putting the bar in, it STAYS 1/2" wider---how would the hood/fender lines look? hehe...extra 1/4" gap each side??

I looked at the picture before I read your comments---it looks like poor quality tubular steel, but it's hard to know from just the picture.
Yep, lightweight tubular steel, and yeah I did think that if jacking my car up caused the shock towers to spread 1/2" , I'd have a serious complaint with Ford

I was lookin around on Ebay motors and found this. It says it fits a V6, but I don't know if it would or not. Any of ya'll know? Also, if it did fit a V6 would you be able to fit an engine cover under it when they came out?

I don't know much about carbon fiber, but I think it is supposed to be stronger and lighter. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Yeah but it doesn't say carbon fiber. I know what that is. It says carbon bar. It's like they are trying to imply carbon fiber.

I have no clue then. I just wonder if that would fit a V6.
