Procharger install...HELP
Things are going pretty good.
Im having trouble with the 3-core intercooler. I cant get it wedged in place without it rubbing on the PS cooler lines.
On the drivers side Im going to have to cut one of the front bumper bolts flush with the nut, theres only about 1/8in clearence now, about 1/2in after I cut the part thats sticking out.
Ive tried bending the PS lines and adjusting the position of the intercooler to no avail.
The only solution I see is to slip a piece of fuel hose over the PS line where it rubs for chaffing.
Any ideas?
That intercooler is big, I hope my GT bumper fits back on OK.
