Well actually I'm not new, to either the site or to Mustangs. I've just recently joined the ranks of 2007 Mustang V6 owners by virtue of my wife WINNING one in a sweepstakes!

The car is a 2007 Windveil Blue V6 w/Pony package. I've driven it quite a bit since the wife won it, and I have to say I like it alot!

I'll be checking out this forum for tips and ideas for getting a little extra punch out of it, since as you can see by the pictures, I like a little extra performance from my Mustangs LOL!

The Mach1 looks great.















So does the Pony.

 

Both cars look great... Put some F.I on the V6 and the Mach1 has got some serious problems.. LOL!!

I mean big problems!

Dont underestimate the wifes new V6.. Setup properly, it can run 11's with the stock motor..

Your wife is in really good shape.. She has the best color too!!

congrats.. Did you have to pay taxes on the car you won?? How much?

 

Hey, thanks guys! Yeah, we had to pay taxes, title and registration fees on the wife's "winnings." I believe there is also the little matter of income taxes on the winnings, but we haven't gotten any info yet. Even with taxes, still a **** nice car for practically nothing!

One thing that has me bugged. Didn't ABS and traction control used to be part of the Pony Package? This '07 model doesn't have either, but it does appear to have the GT's suspension parts, ie sway bars and shocks and struts. I'm confused.
