I put on the Inlet tube today from MMR, and now for some reason it seems like there is LESS power and LESS noise coming from my Magnaflow axleback, almost like stock again. I already had the CAI, all I did was add the tube to let in more air. Anyone have any ideas? Perhaps my tune needs adjusted??

Did you unhook your battery for approx. 10 mins. and then hook it back up and drive it hard for a few minutes??? This will let the computer re-set to the additional air (Intake) & Exhust and make air/fuel adjustments to compensate for it! That should help it. Right guy's?? That's what I was told! Hope it helps..................Joe

PS: I love the sound of my Magnaflow Muffler!!! Guy's at work were blown away by how much it sounded like a 2004 Stock GT Mustang, just not as deep!

Im no flash expert, by any means, but my guess is that you probably need to readjust the A/F ratio. If you unhook the battery and let it reset, wouldnt this clear the tune off, and reset the comp to stock? If so, any adjustments it makes afterwards for anything new would be pointless if you're just going to reflash it. An idea would be to flash it back stock, check the sound, reset the computer and check it then. You can always reflash it back with your Xcal later. This will atleast give you an idea if this is where your problem may be.
