First off...I'm new to this forum but have been following some of the topics for a while now. I'm sure there are plenty of morons out there but so far I've found the contributors to this forum better behaved and much more civil than those on Stangnet.

Regardless, I've seen lots of posts regarding the apparent IUP delays. I ordered my 05 (redfire V6, manual tranny, IUP, etc., etc) on November 9 with a supposed build date of Jan. 24. As far as anyone knows, will my build date be delayed any further?

According to Ford, No more orders are being taken in January for IUP equipped cars due to Delphi being able to supply enough clusters. Typically if you have a build date, you should get what you ordered. Be sure to check with your selling dealer for up to date information.

Contrary to popular beilef by many contributors to this forum, this is in no way related to the lawsuit filed involving the MyColor cluster lighting patent. Consipracy theorists abound everywhere

Not to split hairs but no more orders are being scheduled for January production with IUP, you can still place the order though.
