take the inside back cover off in the trunk and there is 3 bolts or nuts you can get from there then take the screws out from the wheel wells that hold the bumper on after you take the screws out you can pull the sides away from the car they just hold in on the sides by tabs. then there is 1 bolt in each corner there kind of a pain to get to but not bad you have to reach up from the bottom

Thanks Jimp. Looking at this there looks liek a lot of parts needed. I'm assuming most , if not all can be reused. Am I correct?

Contact Kevin and he'll give you everything you need. He knows exactly what parts you need and is a good guy with good prices:

OK, my bumper arrived today but the GT take off's were not in the box!!! I left a voicemail w/mike so hopefully we will fix eveything.

My only concern(slight) is that there are 3 tabs on the bottom of the bumper, 2 are very loose liek they will break at any tiem and the thirs has torn from the main bumper half way. I think some expoxi (sp) would be fine if put on the inside to strengthen them, correct?

Need pics of the damage. A two part epoxy will fix most anything. Just dont get in a hurry, put it on and let it cure. Dont get any on the paint, your screwed if you do. there is no fixing it except for a repaint.

OK, so my dad looked at it and e are gonna put a little epoxy on the inside just to reinenforce it, no big deal. My main question now is, what size socket do I need for the 4 bolts on top between the tail lights? I'm thinking its metric because the long sockets I have didn't fit properly, so I might need to buy a set. Anyone know?

I think just about everything on the car is metric. Everything I've done to it so far took metric sockets and wrenches.

well, bumper went on this morning. No real problems. Found out I needed an 11mm deep socket to get the bolts out from inside the trunk.
Hardest part was drilling out the riverts holding the wireign harness out of the old bumper and then bolting them onto the new one. After that was all done, putting the GT bumpe ron took less then 10 minutes and looks good. Now I gotta get to the exhaust shop and get the duels on.
