Question Headers: MAC vs. JBA?

Hey all! Just a quick question. I am looking at getting headers for my baby. I thought I saw on here a while ago, a thread that compared the two brands in question. I cant remember too much info from it, so how about a refresher course?
First of all, are the JBA's any better than the MAC's? The JBAs that I am looking at are the ceramic titanium finish. Are they worth the extra cash? I mean, its not a small difference in cost! Its like $250 more than the MAC's! And the MAC's are still ceramic coated!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My installer said my jba titanium-finish headers went on perfectly... not a single problem. I've heard many a tale of headache inducing problems trying to muscle on MAC headers.

I have the MAC's, and here was my trouble

didnt have proper tool to remove factory studs, pita without it

prior exhaust work left me with no movement of exhaust piping, no clearance because of it, after cutting pipe it was no issue and things actually went well

no spacers or accomadations for relocating factory brackets, still have one bolt out (there were 2 on passenger side, one was re-installed), other bolt removed after install of s/c

it was most likely more difficult than the JBA's but not that much more, if your not gonna do the self install, I say save the money and use it to pay the muffler shop

if your not scared of some hard work, which could be minimized with some good planning, I say save the money and buy another mod. I am not sure that anybody but JBA has actually shown that there is any significant increase with installing headers, either set will probably give you the same gains and some additional sound. I saved about 150 buck overall and am quite happy with the final result.

if you want the easiest install, nobody that I have seen has had any trouble that has been posted or admitted to if there was as for as I know
