OK, i'm getting step by step closer to gettign all the parts needed to put my duel exhaust in. I just got my drivers side GT pipe and clamps, now its either the magnaflow X pipe off Ebay, or an H pipe form... I dunno.

Does anyone have any suggestions on H pipes (anyone have one already ona V6)? I know JBA has one in their kit but i'm just lookking for the H part since I have all the other pipes.

Any muffler shop should have it on hand... They're basically all going to be the same as far as I know.

Yep, I'm having mine made from scratch, too. Any muffler shop that you want to do business with should be able to fabricate one. The goods ones bend and weld pipe all day long.

This is a common item and the muffler shop will have one, or the abilty to build it using 2 2.5" Tee's...

I sure wish I could hear Zodiacs H-PIPE setup..

Yea, I'm waiting on that as well. I am really giving some thought to an H pipe.

Anyone have any idea what i'm looing to spend to get an H pipe made? Such a hard choice, I think H will give me a deeper sound, and will be deeper after headers are installed. This all depends on the cost thoguh, since i've never done this before and am clueless with prices for now.

A shop will probably charge you $25 bucks for the HPIPE fitting.. And then charge you for installation time.. The HPIPE is a small cost in the overall price of the install.. You just have to be carefull on the total price.. Make sure they dont go over $250 in labor cost.. The other prices are parts...

Lets say you go with Series 40 Flowmasters, this may cost you $89 ea.. Some shops $150 for the pair.. you must add this to the $250 in labor which equals $400.. So keep labor to no more than $250, then you can play with the mufflers.. You might be able to get the HPIPE cheaper as well...

You need 2 of these..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-5-Stainle...014838865QQrdZ1

You can email this guy, and ask him for a price for 2.. You can get his number or website, and facilitate the deal without him posting the item, allowing you to get them cheaper than an auction..

This way, you can take these with you to the shop, and negotiate labor only..
