ok guys i was about to start my install on my 2005 v6 stang and i realized i am missing my water pump bracket for it. from what it looks like it really is not needed but i wanted to check with anyone on here to tell me if it is or not. please help i was about to tear apart the front end to open it for the install and now im at a road block from hell

how critical is this piece? if anyone knows please post something because i am about to do the install if the mount is not critical to the install and will run just as good without it.

i would hold off,i know how it feels but better to get it done right

It IS required because it acts as a sort of shim when you install the main bracket that holds the ProCharger. Contact ProCharger and get one.
Do you have the install manual?

yea i have the manual. i saw what it does which is exactly the description (a mounting bracket). so i am doing what i can to find one asap because i would really like to get it installed before my younger bro goes back to cali on the 1st. supposedly procharger doesnt reopen until the 2nd of january so i have to find a private owner who doesnt have it installed.
