Car will not start after airbag deployed
I was in an accident. my airbag deployed, driver airbag. the damage is not bad, so i decided to do the repairs myself. the problem is, the car will not start, there was no damage to the engine so i don't understand why it's not starting.
where is my question:
1. is the car not starting because the airbag deployed.
2. does mustang have a safety circuit that prevents the car from starting after the airbag deploy?
3. can i replace the airbag and reset the module myself?
PLEASE HELP!

Did you check the fuel cut-off switch on the drivers side kick panel? That might have been triggered, and if so your car won't start until you push the reset button located there.

Yes it was the fuel cutoff switch... I appreciate all the help. All I did was reset the switch and the turn the key to the on position on for a few seconds, allowing the fuel pump to run, and the car started when I turn the key to start.
