Wow the C&L looks Great! How long did it take them? I would think after having it polished to have
a clear coat put on it so it dose not Dull?

Gary what other dress up parts do you have on there they look good.

How do you think the polish is holding up? Clear Coat?

Thanks guys. I wanted to show Socal.2fast what the C&L looks like polished.
First, those are old pictures. I don't have the C&L installed anymore as Denny noticed.
I have changed things from time to time as my mood changed.
Q - "How long did it take them? I would think after having it polished to have
a clear coat put on it so it dose not Dull?"
A - It took the shop about three days to do the job. It did not get clear coated but I shined it so often it never got a chance to dull. Not to say you couldn't or shouldn't have it clear coated.
Q - "How much boost are you running?"
A - 10 psi
Q - "what other dress up parts do you have on there they look good."
A - In those pics I have the UPR strut tower cap set, MWAG plenum cover (personally customized), and I painted the fuse box cover & alternator cover with the closest dupli-color I could find. These are old pics and since then I have changed a lot. MWAG body color painted plenum cover, strut towers caps, fuse box cover, radiator cover & extensions. MGW radiator cap, oil fill cap & dipstick handle
Q - "How do you think the polish is holding up? Clear Coat?"
A - I've had the C&L off since last March. It is packed away. While it was on it lasted through the Midwest winter with no problems. I just kept it shined all the time.

Here's the newest shots I have. The engine shots are from March & the car show shot is from July.
I did not sell the C&L but before you ask I'm not selling it. I want to keep it in case I ever have to remove the Procharger. Sorry.
I don't have the body color radiator cover & extensions on because I had to cut them to fit the Procharger in and I didn't want to cut the expensive ones until I knew everything was running good & the Procharger was staying on the car. But you can see the black extensions.

Hey Gary,
Those are some nice numbers! I was going to take my ride to the dyno today, but with all the snow in NYC I pushed it back to the third of next month.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks Denny. Looks like you've got a good setup too.
I know what you mean about the snow. I need to get out and do some datalogging on a different tune I have but not in this weather. Good luck on the dyno. Hope you get some good New Years numbers!
