Bama SF3. Any good?

Wondering if the Bama SF3 Performance (87-93 octane) tune is any good i wanna hear from actual users and not just the manufacture. What will it boost in a v6 auto?

I have bama tunes and have run their performance tune. Its a nice tune but I prefer their hybrid tune the best. I also have the SF3 tuner corded and love it.

I run the Bama tune on my 09 V6 auto with a C & L CAI and Dual Stock GT Mufflers, H pipe configuration. I have it set on the 91 octane performance tune. It wakes the car up and makes it perform very well. I find that is all I need when I’m out and about town.

I have the Bama 91H tune and if you only have a few bolt ons or your stock then the Bama tunes work out. If you have a lot of mods then not so much. I have been working with them for weeks with datalogs and I'm still not happy with my tune. I did give up at one point and my wife convinced me to stick with them and not give up the free tunes for life. There were times when it worked pretty good for me. I would go with MPT or Lund. I hear Steeda is good too but also hear they have a long turnaround time for tunes and data logging with long turnaround times can be a pain.

I think you'll really enjoy a Bama custom tune. For every Bama Tune we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique mods and style of driving. This info helps us write custom tunes from the ground-up for your Mustang's mods that will give you the most horsepower that we can safely deliver. We're also constantly developing our tunes! Between our 14 different Project Mustangs and tons of street/track and dyno testing (on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC), we're looking for any minor tweaks to be made that can benefit you guys. We're also part of Fords Technology Transfer Program & Work very closely with Ford to insure that all of our tunes are perfect!

Last but not least, our free tunes for life program is very beneficial. Anytime you add a new modification, want to try a different tune or need some revisions, just hit up the Bama team and we'll get you a new tune sent out quickly. You can reach the Bama team at the contact number below in my signature!

It's hard to put a power number on exactly what you'll see. It really depends on your supporting modifications etc.. When you speak with the Bama guys they should be able to give you a pretty good educated guess.

I hope this helps!

I'm sorry to hear that you're not that happy with your Bama tune. This upsets me because I know we can get your tune right! We've tuned more Mustangs than anyone else in the world and definitely have every aspect of these cars figured out. Either way, we really appreciate you giving us every opportunity to get this right!

I will get you in direct contact with our head tuning specialist and I'm confident we'll have you squared away in no time. Can you please shoot me a PM with your order number included and I'll gladly help you out!

Hang in there, we'll have you taken care of and enjoying your tune in no time.

I wasn't sure which tuner to go with but I gotta tell ya. Seeing how you guys stand behind your product and your customers, I think I'm sold on a Bama.
