All:

I've had my '05 for about 6 months now, and it just started doing this random beeping sound (as if the seatbelt were not inserted into the latch). I looked at the dash, and there were no lights lit, and the seatbelt was fully inserted into the latch.

Has anyone had this problem before?

no... might want to talk to your dealer about it. Perhaps you have a failed sensor in one of the seats? Not sure... I'd check with them though. They can isolate it for you.

No TSB's about it... don't think it's a common problem.

I've noticed that if i'm sitting at a light waiting to turn for a long time, the blinker will start beeping the same way as the seat belt warning. Maybe that's whats's going on.

I've had a problem twice now: I hear the beeping and it turns out my trunk is unlatched. I think I do get the ajar light though. It's probably not the same as what you have but it's strange. It happens for no apparent reason.

I have that problem when I have a bag in my trunk positioned a certain way. My best guess is that it somehow catches on the saftey release inside the trunk and opens my trunk. I can be driving along with it like that and it will only beep if I am taking a turn or going over a bump, and the trunk ajar light only comes on while it is beeping, so sometimes it takes me a minute to figure out what the problem is.

You know, now that you mention it, both times I have had this happen, my blinker was on.. I wonder if there is a connection there.. I will definitely ask my dealer about it.

There is a feature that if you have your blinker on for more than a 1/4 mile that it will beep to let you know that you are driving with your blinker on.
